After a few years of painstaking contact between him and the county inspectors to no avail, we hired an attorney and settled for 21,000 from him and 7500 from the company who allowed him to install my doors and windows. We have had the 16 foot wall straightened and secured, and the windows are now secure and operable. This man would never admit any fault, nor did he know how to fix what he did. The county had him come back many times for nothing. He was rude and his family was rude to me on my reviews of his business on social media. His son even called me the "C" word online. Worst part was that a family member recommended him, and now we have bad feelings between our family members.
