I had contacted Mr Warren via Angie's list. He was prompt in getting back to me by email. I asked him to look at my home and give me an estimate. Within 3 days he emailed me an estimate. The price was very reasonable for the all the work that he was doing. He asked me what day would be convenient for me for him to do the work. He was agreeable to the date (weather permitting). He asked me to remove screens so he could wash the outside windows. I called him when I did this and left a message on his voice mail. He was quick getting back to me. I also asked him if he could wash off the screens, which he was agreeable to, at no extra charge

The work was terrific. The front deck, the enclosed patio, the walkway, the windows, the driveway, the siding on the home--everything looks wonderful. This was great work.  Mr Warren was efficient and professional.

I would recommend Mr Warren and Cape Power Washing and Window Cleaning without hesitation.

Outstanding.    Rich was there exactly when he said he would be.   Professional and courteous.  Removal of furniture on deck (which I should have had already done), clean up after job.   House looks like we bought new siding.   Eves and capping look freshly painted.  Really top notch job!

Richard Warren is the owner and operator of Cape Power Washing. He came to my house early and stayed until the project was done. The project went 2 hours more than expected, but he continued to work hard, without any breaks. He cleaned the entire exterior of the house, including both decks and railings. He did an outstanding job and was very professional.

Mr. Richard Warren is the consummate professional!  He returned my call promptly, provided proof of insurance, and followed up with an estimate (within one day) as promised.  Mr. Warren willingly communicated with our tenants not only to schedule the power-wash service, but also detailing instructions regarding all the preparation they should do including closing and locking all windows, moving cars from driveway, etc.   
In addition, Mr. Warren provided "before & after" photos because we live out-of-state.  When he finished the service, he phoned to let us know the job was completed, and then emailed the pictures for our review.  We appreciated his integrity and being true to his word about everything.  To top it all off, he did a terrific job!
