Description of Work: Dropped some dirt & graded it. They left a large pile of rocks instead of dirt. Very difficult to get in touch with them, never answered their phone, no call back. My husband had to go to their yard to talk to someone

Description of Work: Installed a perimeter drain on side and back of house. Connected gutter down spouts to perimeter drains and exited drain to street. Leveled yard, installed gravel/stone above drain to filter incoming water. Patched sidewalk and installed new concrete walk way in back of yard.

 + -1 moreMr Martin was very flexible with our need to get the work done ASAP he actually had the work completed one day ahead of schedule. Everything was removed without doing any damage to the house. I would absolutely recommend his work to anyone.
Description of Work: Demolition of 16x20 deck and 15x20 detached garage, cleanup of all materials and leveled off back yard.

 + -1 moreThe job was completed on schedule and completed well. They worked around items left hanging on the walls without causing damage, and removed & reinstalled a cabinet without being asked. All debris was removed without a trace.
Description of Work: The company replaced our garage floor, which was cracked and buckled. Martin Contracting handled the excavation and removal, and arranged for a mason to float the new concrete floor.
