Bob Caputo did a great job.

He was very professional and took care of the situation quickly.

He's NOT a handyman, he's a plumber.
I called Mr. Caputo after seeing him on the handyman list on Angie's List. I called and left him a voicemail about replacing an attic van gable vent. He returned my call within an hour, and explained right off the bat that he's not a handyman, but a licensed plumber. He hasn't yet figured out how to get Angie's List to reclassify him. He was prompt and very courteous, and I would definitely give him a call should I ever need a plumber. In the meantime, I figure he warranted a positive review, and possibly some help avoiding unnecessary calls.

Great. He did the work very conscientiously, went to get the fixture himself and chose an excellent one. Prompt. Courteous. I am filing them in my and quot;keepand quot; list.

Robert Caputo, present owner, did the work. Joseph Caputo was his grandfatherk who founded company. His father followed, and Robert is the thirrd generation to run the business. Nothing like experience!
He returned my call (from Angie's List) promptly, showed up on time, quoted a fair price, and did the work then and there. Work was done well and I am very pleased.

Joseph is one of those plumbers that won t leave a job unless it is one hundred percent correct. In this case he didn t like how the bearing fit on this pump and went back and insisted on the right size. It turns out he was right and the one he brought back the second time fit perfectly. I am very happy with this man s work ethic and his prices and wouldn t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

HE IS VERY COOPERATIVE AND WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. HE COMES WHEN YOU CALL HIM, GIVES YOU AN ESTIMATE, TELLS YOU WHERE TO GET THE ITEMS YOU WANT AND THEN PICKS THEM UP FOR YOU. HE COMES WHEN IT IS CONVENIENT FOR YOU.
