Charlie clearly takes pride in his projects and seeks to bring the best craftspeople and service to his customers; he is responsive to questions and concerns and even comes back months later if something is even a little bit awry (such as cracked grout); timing was a bit problematic with the bathrooms, but probably not his fault--inspections, etc were hard to schedule; overall it's been a pleasure to work with Custom Creations.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE. THE KITCHEN IS TOP NOTCH AND THEY MADE SURE TO GET EVERYTHING DONE A FEW WEEKS BEFORE THANKSGIVING. THIS COMPANY WAS COMPLETELY WONDERFUL. THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND THEY DO HIGH QUALITY WORK.
