I chose this florist because it is literally 5 minutes away from my wife's office and I have had nightmares with flowers not even getting delivered on Valentine's Day before. I called to confirm the order I placed on the web and was told they'd be delivered early in the afternoon. I told them that her office closes at 5pm. The flowers were not delivered until roughly 4:50pm and this was after calling them 3 times that afternoon and being told they would be right there.
I realize Valentine's Day is hectic, but I wouldn't use them again based on how long it took them to deliver.
