Jimmy's Coil Cleaning did an excellent job restoring my hot water and pressure. You get a fair price, professional and friendly service. Highly recommended!

He showed up on time. We spoke about the 'what ifs' and gave price quotes. I asked him to go ahead with his recommendation and clean the coils.

We called because we weren't getting a good flow to our hot water and had been advised by a few plumbers that the coils on our oil furnance may need to be cleaned to remove sediment. From the first call when I told George the issue he thought it probably wasn't the coils since we had gone 16 years without cleaning them, but explained the process and how much it would cost. George came in, drained our coils which didn't have sediment and then quick saw that there is valve that was installed that is normally used to slow down the pressure of water coming in from public water systems but well water and well tanks don't have that issue so it isn't needed. The part was original to the set up of the furnace. He said he was sure that was our problem and would charge $60 to remove it and reassured the pipes. Sure enough that was it. In the 16 years we lived in the house we never have had water pressure like we do now and have so much hot water! Amazing. He then told us we would probably never need his services again as that was our issue! Can't believe we finally have this resolved after all these years and plumbers and well folks. And for it to be so reasonable and quickly resolved. Wish we had know about him long ago.

Very knowledgeable and capable. He knew exactly what had to be done, and showed experience in dealing with coil cleaning. He was able to remove the sediment and preserve the coils from replacement on my tankless hot water heater. Will be using his services on an annual basis to keep everything running smooth.

I was very pleased to have George (the owner) come with a helper on the scheduled date and within the time range I was given. They were pleasant, courteous and professional in that the job created the desired effect -- hot water!! They cleaned and descaled our tankless hot water coil which had a thick hard water mineral buildup requiring extra solvent. It was a and quot;lesson learned via our checkbookand quot; to get it done on a scheduled basis. Ours is an older home with systems that if broken cannot be repaired. Replacement of these systems will be expensive and for folks on a fixed income it's a real budget strain.

Jimmy's was recommended to me by my plumber. I had used another service previously but looked up both and saw that Jimmy's had excellent Angie's List and Better Business Bureau reports. Jimmy returned my call the same day that I called him and made an appointment for a couple of days later. He explained exactly what my price might be under different circumstances. He arrived on time and completed the job in a very short amount of time. Though there were a couple of different things that might have raised my price, Jimmy was able to do the whole job for the lowest price quoted. He then went and checked all zones to make sure that the water was working properly. I will definitely use him again, and have already recommended him to couple of people.

Jimmy is the owner and the actual person who comes to do the job. He was very responsive when we called for service. When I made an error on the appointment time and missed his arrival - he did everything to get back to my house the same day. Jimmy and his assistant were pleasant and professional. Jimmy also took the time to educate me on the cause of our coil issue - and how to avoid it in the future. I will continue to use this company for regular service - and would recommend Jimmy's to anyone in need of coil cleaning.
