DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN...JEWELERY WAS STOLEN FROM MY HOME WHILE HE WAS WORKING.Frank was referred to me by a contractor and plumber that I really trust. He performed an emergency bathroom renovation on time, on budget and did a nice job. He seemed helpful, professional and trustworthy. So I hired him again to pain our home while we were on vacation. While we were gone, a very valuable ring - both financially and emotionally - disappeared. Initially, Frank was visibly shaken and helpful,and promised to take care of replacing the ring using his insurance. I told him I was withholding his final payment until it was resolved. He proceeded to call asking for his check multiple times, and I reiterated that he needed to provide me with his insurance information first. He has since them stopped returning my calls.

"Response to negative posting from the customer by F&K Home Improvement: F&K Home Improvement completely denies any and all assertions by the customer, who has not fully paid F&K for services rendered, of theft or dishonesty on the part of F&K Home Improvement or its employees. F&K Home Improvement has a spotless record of professional and honorable service to clients. This matter is now in hands of F&K’s attorney, who is preparing an appropriate legal response to the customers false assertions. Please note that the local police are also aware of the customer's claims and no charges have been filed against F&K or any of its employees as a result of her unsupportable claims. F&K’s lawyer has been told by Angie’s List that the defamatory and false posting by the customers cannot be removed from the site unless under court order, which may take as long as 450 days to secure under New Jersey court procedures."

He tore down all of the damage and rebuilt. He also put in a sump pump in the basement. He contracted all of the electrical work in the house. He is not cheap but he work is really high quality. He is very professional.
