In June of this year we replaced the septic tank that was needed. EarthCare stated they would reconnect the output line to where it orginally went. This did not happen. They didn't even offer a temporary output. Also, they stated we would need an engineering company to make a septic field plan for the fields which would have been extremely costly. We didn't need to go running to the engineering company which they recommended which would have been very costly. We then had the Board of Health on our property only to let us know that the job EarthCare did was not a very good job! We were told we actully didn't need an engineer, we just needed a repair job! Also, EarthCare left us with the septic tank above ground for three weeks and we had to empty the tank at the cost of over $300 two weeks later!

Earthcare did an excellent job. I was initially skeptical to use a provider from NJ (I live in Westchester county NY) but after talking to them and following up on references was convinced they would do the best job for me. Someone always answers the phone when you call and they came to my house right away (my septic had failed and I could not flush my toilets) on two occasions prior to the proposal for a site eval (only $175 which was credited back against the install price).
Job was priced at a similar level for a completely new septic tank and two leaching fields vs. what local companies were charging for only going to ADD additional drainage to an already failing hand dug sesspool.

When they were done, they graded my property and even planted grass seed and added hay!
I would highly recommend them and use them again (which I wont need to though!)
