Quality of cleaning was low - only glass was cleaned well, but all other parts of the window didn't get the cleaning I was hoping for.

We DO NOT have you under the name you provided and or the address that you provided anywhere in our system. We NEVER serviced you nor the address provided. As a matter of fact, the date you said we did your service we never even did any window cleaning, And to add one more point, WE DO NOT service Edgewater, NJ. It is too far from our service area. All of our trucks that day were doing gutter cleaning. I am sorry that you received bad service, but you did not receive that service from our company. Have a Happy New Year."

This company is fantastic. From first phone call all the way through to completion. The crew arrived right on time, they were very polite and actually "Fun young men". We laughed about many activities during the day. This is the kind of service with enjoyment that you want in your private home. Recommend this company 100 Plus %. Big house and a lot of window !!

They were excellent. It was fair. They gave us the best price and they definitely did the best job. Their service was excellent. When they were cleaning my windows, they found a problem with a couple of my windowsills and they notified me about it. They let me know. I was able to call the company that put the windows in so they replaced it. They actually did me a big saver. The price was very fair. They were here a little early which was great. Their professionalism was excellent.

They're always prompt and get right back to you. I called the week before and they returned my call immediately. I can't say enough good things about this company. Comparatively, the price was much better than estimates I've received from other contractors. Highly recommend this company to anyone else in the Tri-State area.

I won't wash my windows this year until about next month. They have done this for the past 14 years. They are great; I never have any complaints with them. They come when they say they are coming, they are accurate and give you the best price that I have found. They clean inside and out. It wasn't recently, but it was one year and I got a quote over the phone. When the fellows got here and they actually counted up the windows and doors that they had cleaned they saw that the quote was inaccurate and lowered the price.
