OCEANVIEW LANDSCAPING

*Important* This review is based on my experience only and I still see many properties the Oceanview serves and they look great. Provided new design landscaping and installed irrigation system. Very expensive but quality results. Many compliments received. I paid in cash as Robert requested. Robert then indicated he was able to re-tile my bathroom and I agreed to have him do this job based on the experience he stated he had doing this type of renovation. I ended up having to be out of my house for more than a week, the price was outrageous, and Robert was rarely present. The results were satisfactory, but the workmanship and materials were not, as I had to re-do the bathroom again in 2014. He also (along with a sub-contractor) installed new windows, There was a problem with the Vendor/delivery that was eventually resolved. I paid in cash as Robert requested. The third and most disturbing problem was when Robert stated he was seriously ill. I started receiving multiple requests and long letters asking for payment for services performed that were already PAID IN FULL (in excess of 10k) I confronted him directly on this subject (with the copies of the cashed checks to confirm) and never heard from him again. I attribute this error to his illness at the time and hope he is doing well. Charlene is one of the most hard working people I have ever encountered and I also wish her and Oceanview Landscaping continued success.
