He has repaired a flat section of our roof several times over the years since 1999.. He put a total new roof on the house for the previous owners which also needs replacing.. Both roofs are leaking. After several phone calls he finally came over. He pontificated about his new mold remediation business but told us he would redo the flat portion of roof. We told him we wanted to remove everything and rebuild it with a better pitch. He agreed to do the work and never showed up or called. Very disappointing, but not unusual in this area. He spent a lot of time talking, but didn't show up.

Came several times to the home to fix leak but the leak still exists today which is 5 years since his first repair.

This gentleman has done work for us in the past. We got other quotes and the other quotes were a lot higher. We were very satisfied with them. We didn't have a problem with anything. They were here when they said and they did the roof.
