Pat the lead man promised to clean my house, sand my floors and do several jobs in a time sensitive situation. He didn’t show up, was unresponsive, the phone didn’t work although he had taken 50% deposit after running me around and then complaining because I complained he did not return the money for work not done and the work he did do was inferior( hung door wrong, scrTched counter while installing backsplash, painted a hardwood floor he was paid to refunish! Yes, unbelievable, I know. Very stressful, I lost two tenants costing me large sums and he continued to run me around with excuses till I fired him and asked for my money back. Then he gave me lots of receipts claimed he worked multiple hours and gave $50 out of the $800+ I had given as deposit. Do not trust him or work with this company!
