Everyone in the office was knowledgeable, nice, and personable. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, but the complicated transaction couldn't have been smoother with the combined work of the office and Ginger. We began working with Ginger to find a home in Ventnor. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area (she lives there). We told her the specifics of what we were looking for and she went to work. We ended up deciding on a bank owned home which can be a frustrating and nail biting experience. Ginger stayed on top of every new development in the process and was tireless in trying to keep in contact with the banks chosen broker who was difficult to get a hold of. She navigated the complex process and facilitated everything that needed to be completed before closing. She stayed in close touch with us via email and phone (this was a several week process) and responded quickly to any questions I had. She reassured me when I was frustrated and nervous. We closed on the house and since it was in terrible condition due to animals living in it in the past, we needed to start major work right away. She has stopped by a few times to check our progress and has continued to be our very best resource for all things Ventnor. I've called her for a number of reasons and she's always a great help.
