After installing the pipe, he told me that I should paint the pipe so that the pipe would last longer. I asked him if he did that type of thing and he did for a very reasonable price. My husband was impressed with his work and he doesn't impress easily, particularly for HIS new Weber grill. You know how guys are....

The rep was very friendly and worked quickly. The toilet installation went well and he took away the old unit which we appreciated. However, we were not very satisfied with the job he did on the faucet. There was extra "putty" underneath the faucet that we though would dry and then be easy to remove. It wasn't. It kind of looks like the faucet is sitting on top of a thick layer of gum. We were a bit annoyed by this and never called him back to come and fix it as he should have known that it wasn't acceptable to leave it that way. In addition he charged us about $100 extra just to install the faucet which was more than twice the price of the faucet itself. We wouldn't have minded the $100 if the job was done properly.

WORKS WAS DONE. PRICE WAS MORE THAN I BARGAIN FOR , ACCORDING TO RINO ITS A DIFFERENT BOILER THAN HE OFFERS. HIS BOILER WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE ONE BEING REPLECE. THIS SHOUD HAVE BEEN IN THE PROMOTIONAL LIST. I WAS CHARGE MORE THAN THE PROMOTIONAL BOILER I PAID FOR. NOT REALLY HAPPY ABOUT IT. BUT I NEEDED DONE RIGHT AWAY.

That being said, it is true that the cost was higher than expected. The purchased bargain was for a standard water heater replacement, you needed a Power Vent water heater,which is used when there is not a chimney to vent the exhaust gasses into. The price of the unit double that of a standard water heater. This is unfortunately a miscommunication, but I think you will find that the price on the water heater and labor is very competitive and fair. I purchased the $160 Outdoor Hose Faucet Replacement Big Deal and Rino called me within a day to schedule the service. Rino and his son showed up on time the day we scheduled this service to be performed and quickly replaced the one faucet I had purchased the big deal for and also quoted be a good price to do a similar repair on a second outdoor faucet. So I was able to have both faucets replaced on the same day making it very easy. He and his son were courteous and quick. I would certainly recommend their service for this type of work.

Rino the owner showed up himself to do the job. Very professional, nice guy, someone you can trust. After the job was completed I asked about a problem I was having in my upstairs bathroom with a toilet flushing. He came up and looked and siad I see what the problem is. He asked for a hanger and proceeded to work on the problem,, "NO CHARGE"
I would have ths guy back in my home in a minute and would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

He was scheduled to come to my house and install a replacement faucet in my front yard as per the agreed upon price. Since he was here I thought I would ask him to also do the outdoor faucet in my back yard. He gave me an excellent price on the one in my backyard and I had him do it. He was very neat, courteous, and professional. I would definitely use him again.

I woke up this morning to discover a burst cold water pipe coming from inside my walls this morning. Researched Angie's list and found Rino. Really liked the reviews I read about Rino and his company and I called Rino to schedule. On a day of subfreezing temperatures, Rino scheduled me in for the afternoon as he was genuinely concerned my family would be without water. He came that same day early and went right to work. Was able to find the leak and put in a new shut off valve for that line. He also changed a broken toilet valve for me, Rino and his helper were dedicated workers and showed great professionalism and workmanship. Rino's friendly demeanor also made the experience enjoyable and made me very comfortable. I am so glad I found him and would definitely recommend his services to others.

It went extremely well.
His first diagnosis was that the faucet was faulty and that we needed to replace it with a higher end model. We did and that seemed to do the trick; however, a few weeks later, the sink started to leak again. Rino came and saw that a second leak was coming from an elbow pipe below which had dislodged. He fixed the pipe--at no charge.
He was on time, efficient and very responsive. I would definitely call him again if we had another plumber issue.

This winter we had frozen pipes. After spending few hours trying different things we called Rino. He showed up on time, analysed the issue and fixed it in few minutes. He also suggested few things to prevent frozen pipes. We'd definitely recommend him.

I had Rino come to give me an estimate. He told me the cost would be 1400 because he had to cut the sheet rock to make room for the bigger heater. Although his price was higher than other estimates, I did not mind paying extra because the reviews said he was worth it. After he was finished with the job he said there was enough room and the sheet rock did not have to be altered. However, the price was still the same. I did not mind. Immediate after rino left, I noticed that he banged into my garage door way splitting the wood. He then attempted to fix the problem because a tiny nail was nailed into the doorway. When I inquired with rino whether he banged the door, his response was, "it's possible, it was tight". He was dishonest. The next day, (unrelated) I had a handyman caulking my bathroom. He looked at the hot water heater and told me that the two pipes had to be grounded. I called rino to ask him to return to ground the pipes and he said, "anyone can do that, call an electrician. I don't have the wire." Foolishly, before he did the job (because if all his good reviews on Angie's list) I recommended him to my friend. She just called me and said he cracked her wall. I would NOT recommend he is lazy and dishonest.

"We apologize that you were dissatisfied with the service. This was a difficult installation. My assistant and I decided to lift the water heater over the boiler to avoid cutting the sheet rock. Extra labor was necessary, but I thought this would inconvenience you the least. In the course of everything, I did not notice the trim damaged. After texting you back, I spoke to my worker about it. He confirmed the damage and the attempted repair the doorway trim, without my knowledge. I apologize for this but I was unaware. The following week you called about the grounding strap which you wanted included at no cost, this was not included in our original agreement. We are currently working with your Friend. The tile man took the picture frame off the wall and noticed a spider crack from the anchor holding the framed mirror up. Though she claimed this was us, she admitted she thought it may have been there before. In good faith, we agreed to spackle the wall for her on our return when the tile work is complete."

Rino was very nice, punctual, and professional. He checked all of my pipes and hoses, ran the dishwasher multiple times and made sure the machine was in working condition. He cleaned up after himself and kept me informed about the whole process. While he did not find anything wrong with the machine, I also have not had any other leaks. I would certainly call him again if I needed additional plumbing services.

After several attempts to find a good plumber Rino was a great find. He helped educate me on what needed to be done and the different types of water heaters available. Workmanship and care was terrific and cleanliness was top notch. I will definitely use again.

We called at about 3:30 (on a Friday). He called back by 3:45 ( I was very surprised) and briefly discussed the problem. He arrived at the house by 4:00. (another positive surprise). The water was off but he had a good idea, based on where the puddles were, of the location and the problem. He discussed with me the various repair possiblities - which wall to go through, how much mess to make, how much clean up, how fast it would go depending on the wall and we decided which way to go. I didn't clock it but from arrival, diagnosis, breaking through the wall (a mess that he cleaned up), finding the exact location, removing the damaged piece, sweating in a new piece, installing a valve (ball valve-the way to go) and providing some finish up advice between an hour and 90 minutes. We thought we weren't going to have water on a hot summer weekend and that was not the case. He discussed everything, was friendly, provided great service and the price was lower than I expected. (it was late on a Friday and mostly getting it done was more important than how much) but the cost was about what I would expect for a regular non-emergency call. i would definatly call him again first (I had called several people prior to him, much earlier in the day and no one called back until much later)
