Upgrading my hard drive and OS went vey well.  Charlie is extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable.  He was available to start the process with me in-person.  To save me money, he did leave but was very readily available by phone, email and remote computer to aid me through the rest of the process.  The whole process went very smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future!

Mr. Redmond is very knowledgeable and professional.  It was obvious that he is very experienced in his area of expertise.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to those with Macbook issues.  Saved me both time and frustration . Well worth the fee.

Excellent results. Friendly, professional, willing to make recommendations and refer out if there is a need that he can't meet. Answered phone himself and spent time explaining what needed to be done. Came to the house same day. Seems quite knowledgeable about computers. Would definately recommend to others and call again.

He came to my house for looking at the problem. I have dealt with him for three years. He charges by the hour. He is also very efficient. He is very good with computers. He is a nice person, who is very pleasant. He shows up on time and he is very conscientious. He is very prompt when I call him. Quite often, I get his voicemail, but he always returns my call in a timely manner. With him, I always get what I pay for. I will continue to use his services in the future.
