I am in a contract with them. I pay yearly. They come when they say they are going to. They send us a postcard a few days in advance to say when they are going to come. They come and they do their thing and leave. We do not know that they are here even until we see the statement in the mailbox that they came. They gave you four days spread like when it is raining and they cannot come. They are willing to come within that four days. There is no mess. There is nothing to clean up.
