Masonry Work
I Contacted 3 Companies to get an estimate to build a Paver Walkway and Small Patio.
1st Company didn't show up for estimate. Called them said they would come the next day. Guy came an hour late, gave me a price of $3500. Did not like him. Would not use him if he was Free. Heard through the grapevine that they were very unreliable.
2nd Company was Stone Pavements. The Owner came bang on time, took an hour to explain my options and how things were done. I liked him. He did a job a couple of streets over. Saw the work he did, looked good. Estimate $3900.
3rd Company came, guy spent 10 minutes with me and said he would email me the Estimate within 24 hours. He did, $4100. I saw one of his jobs, work not as good as Stone Pavements for more money.
I Contracted Stone Pavements to do the Work.
Was told they would Start work Thursday 6/13/2013 weather permitting. One of the Owners called me Tuesday night 6/11/2013 and said due to the number of Rainy days they had recently, they are behind and could not start the job until Monday 6/17/2013. Hey thanks for contacting me and letting me know. Monday came, they turned up at 8.30 am started the job and finished it Tuesday afternoon. A Good Job Well Done. Thanks, I would highly recommend them.
PS. Today is 8/14/2013. My neighbor contracted the first Company to do some work for him the same time I contracted Stone Pavements, he is still waiting for the job to be finished.
