They were great and they were on another job Steve came out that night at 11:00pm to remove the raccoon. I would highly recommend them to anyone in this area having a problem. They came out and put traps upstairs and for the next few days I did not hear anything but then on Christmas Eve I heard something and gasped; there was a big furry creature in the top so I called them. They were on another job and were not sure if they could get here but then they called me later and arrived after 11:00pm on Christmas Eve and removed the big raccoon. They told me upfront what it would cost for the initial trip and the trips after that. Steve was a good guy. They were reliable and the fact that they don’t harm the animals which I was really concerned about. I don’t have anything to compare their prices with but it seemed alright to me. They don’t guarantee that they won’t come back which I understand but they did recommend somebody who came and sealed the opening.
