Siding Service, Roofing
We initially chose Shell Construction from a neighborhood referal, as he replaced a couple neighbors within the area. However his lack of professionalism should have been a key clue from the start. He charged us for a dumpster that was never here and left garbage (a LARGE amount of it) on our property for 3 days. He also has yet to give us documentation for the manufacturers warranty on the roof.shingles. He is a man that says a handshake and his word are as soild as oak but doesn't follow through with half of what he promises. I have always been one to get things in writing and he refuses to do so.
If you use this person be cautious and DEMAND that it be in writing. The job was preformed to satisfactory condiditons, but the price he charges is a bit high. He did not give us time to get other quotes as we came home from work one day and he was on our roof starting work? (NO JOKE!!) And nothing was EVER signed by us commiting to using him!!
