When they arrived for the pick up (days before home closing) they jacked the price up to $2500. Couldn't arrange another mover so had to pay the inflated price. They took a $500 deposit and a $1300 first payment on pickup arrival.
They then proceeded to lose all belongings. They will not refund our payment and will not return any calls.
This is a nightmare. Never use this company. Ever.
I put a deposit down in August with Mitch Levine, at regal moving company to move my family in September. He called and responded numerous times, until he got that deposit. Once that was received, it took weeks to get any type of response. The day of my family's move, they were like ghosts. For days leading up to the move, no one answered or returned phone calls, and my emails went unanswered.
This company is a complete scam and I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.
