They're giving me everything I want. They could do multiple jobs at multiple times. Their crew is much bigger. I constantly use them because I manage many homes. They're cleaning up somebody's mess and they always come through for me. They were able to find the exact color cabinets I wanted. They drove all the way to Delaware to get the cabinets that I wanted. Black color cabinets are not readily available just anywhere. I didn't want the regular Home Depot or Lowe's type cabinets. I like those self-closing black type cabinets and he drove all the way over to Delaware to get it for me. It was not really a big kitchen. But, they completely gutted the kitchen and redid it with granite countertops and the black cabinets that I wanted within two weeks. When I told him about it, he came down the next day and brought his crew there. That's what I like about him. The kitchen cost $12,000. The one that he is doing in Willingboro, is close to about 60 grand. When we bought the house, we didn't realize, but there apparently was a fire there. It looked completely brand new, but apparently, there was a fire there. So, when we took the ceiling down, you saw all the mold. So, he also did mold remediation. They will negotiate prices with you. And the good thing what I like about him is, he saw the opportunity that I had available and he kept his prices low so that he can continue doing the work for us. That, to me, is smart. He makes me feel like I must be his only customer because the things I make this man do is ridiculous.
