PINE BELT CHEVROLET

The cost was to much. When my car came back, there was a scratch on the side and there was grease on the visor. I talked to the manager, the manager had me come back and they buffed it out and fixed it. I was really upset that I saw that. He did good work. The manager was pleasant. My back up camera is not working and my car is only 6 years old and they said it was going to be $600 because it wasn't under any warranty. I didn't have that fixed. They should of checked the car, because when I brought the car in, they took pictures of my car so if there was a dent, they wanted to let me know that the dent would of been there. There was no dents or anything like that. I should of taken pictures of the car, but they did fix it. It was not a problem. They responded right away when I called when I got home and saw this big scratch and I called them immediately and I talked to 3 different people and I said "I am coming right back" so I came back and the manger was standing right there waiting for me. I thought he was quick and he looked at it and made an appointment for 9 o'clock the next morning. When I pulled in a 9 am on the dot, he was standing there waiting for me. He was good. I think I would check first with other local mechanics and get a price first before I use them again.
