The work itself from Pella Window & Door went fine. The salesman that was assigned to the job was not the best. The product is great. The particular salesman was not as knowledgeable as he should have been and therefore there were issues with our order. The work was good, the installation was good but the salesman was not so good. I would recommend them to others but with a caution that they know exactly what their options are as they can't count on the salesman to explain clearly. The crew treated me very well, they were prompt, they were neat and they were good at what they did.
