Pavers R Us

They were excellent. The owner is very personable and seems to be very honest. The people that work for him were unbelievably excellent. They were on time and extremely neat in their work. I cannot tell how hard they worked. They worked very quickly and well.

I am writing this review to help other consumers. I know what it is like to try to find a good contractor or to have problems with contractors. I called this company to do a large paver patio in my back yard. After receiving several estimates, the owner, Lou, came out immediately after I called. He measured my yard and gave me a price that beat everyone out. Not only was it the best price, Lou explained every aspect of the work he would do. This matched all the research I did myself on paver installation. He also said I needed 8 inches of base material below my pavers when all other companies said only 4 to 6 would due. I knew the 8 inches would be better because of my research. Lou from Pavers R Us did not take any shortcuts during the job at all. His workers extended me the same courtesy and respect that Lou did and all were very receptive to any change in plans I threw their way. All they said to me was and quot;No problem, what ever you wantand quot;. I have owned several homes including an investment property and have dealt with many contractors - this was the first and only time that everything went my way and it was fast and easy. The work came out beautiful. I now have a beautiful back yard ready for the summer thanks to Lou and his crew at Pavers R Us.
