They were up on the roof and they were going to clean the chimney and he comes down and says, your chimney doesn't need to be cleaned. I generally have it cleaned every two years and this had been two years. He told me it was perfectly clean. I burn only seasoned wood and I burn it hot so it doesn't really leave too much clear soot in there. I was just so impressed. I told him to at least charge me something for the inspection but they wouldn't.
Whatever they did. it was certainly worth $400.
They are so conscientious! You don't find people like this anymore that are pleasant to work with. Its just a joy.
The quality was superb and they cleaned up after themselves and they do even more than I would have expected. It was excellent. They called me back within the day.
