They did a beautiful job with the install. The only thing that you wish they would have warn me about was the warranty. I wasn't aware that the unit was only under a 1 year warranty, which I didn't find out until I needed the unit repaired. I have used them for other energy solutions as well, including new windows and checking my attic to insure my doors and windows were okay. They ended up weatherstripping some things for me too. Overall they have been great. The contractors they have sent out have just been extremely thorough and very helpful.
