Mike is not only very nice and down to earth he is an excellent contractor and was very respectful of our home and recognized the importance of keeping our house clean and organized as we had to live in our house through all of the construction. Mike had a porta john toilet set up on the property for himself and all of the workers to use while at our house. Mike ALWAYS cleaned up every evening before leaving -vacuuming, sweeping, dusting and throwing out garbage. We put on an extensive addition (apartment /master bed/bath above garage and extension off the back of kitchen) so this was very important. All the people Mike used(electricians, plumbers, painters, tile guys,) were also very friendly and very respectful of our home. My husband and i work full time, have 6 year old twins and a dog so I can’t say more how pleased I was in this regard. Our house is done and we couldn’t be more pleased. WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike Whiteman builders. Mike made, what could have been, a nightmare to live through as comfortable as possible. We never went without our heat, hot water and or electricity. And we pretty much renovated every room in our entire house! So thankful for Mike! I have heard a lot of terrible renovation stories. We were very lucky to have found him.. And the fact that he volunteered every Sunday while working on our house Mon – Sat to help the victims of Sandy tells you the type of person he is. I give Mike Whiteman builders an A++ and my utmost respect for his amazing skill and work ethic!
