We need to install a range hood for the island cook top. This work entails permit application, cut open the dry wall, install the pipes to vent out, and install the range hood. Eric is very responsive in communication. He suggests us to add more recess light and install two pendent lights because the new pipe for the range hood will eliminate two existing recess light. He gave us estimate for all the work with itemization. When he called township and found out that we do not need to install make-up fan, and price was reduced. Chris did the work for us. He came early in the morning, did nice work, and leave the house in clean state. There are two inspections, and Eric will send someone over to walk through with the inspector and answer any questions. We are very happy with the outcome. The new range hood and lights look amazing. We get many compliments for the new look of the kitchen. Will recommend Eric and his crew to others.

Eric Couper gave us the best price of the 3 estimates that we received.  Other contractors wanted to charge us more but wanted to do less.  Eric maintained excellent communication throughout the renovation process.  He kept me informed every step of the way.  When I called or emailed him he responded promptly.  He predicted the entire job would take 6 weeks and he was right on target with the timeline.   Francisco was the general contractor and he is a master craftsman.  He was prompt every day and worked non stop until the job was completed. He was pleasant and friendly.  We felt comfortable with him being in our home.   He consulted us frequently to make sure he did things the way we wanted.  He left our home clean and swept each day.  Our bathrooms are beautiful and we are very pleased with the results.

We had one meeting with the contractor and explained in details what we wanted him to do.  He returned 1 week later with his workers to start the demolision, which took 1 day to complete.  The renovation was done with no interuptions.  They worked Monday thru Friday and kept the dust down to a minimum.  Our new bathroom was done in about 4 weeks.  We were more than satisify with MC Home Improvements LLC....they demolish, remodel, installed, cleaned up, and we will use them again in the future.  Our New Bathroom Is Beautiful.
