Matt and John showed up on time and ready to work. I had already had the new door delivered. They removed the old door and repaired the rotted frame. While installing the new door, they noticed the doors did not slide properly. Further investigation found the adjusters on the bottom of the door did not function. Instead of stopping the job and telling me I needed to get another door, they went to the same large chain store where I had purchased the door and bought a new one. They brought it back to my house and finished the installation in the same day. To top it off, they packaged up the old door and returned it to the store so I didn't have to bother. The finished product looks fantastic. They did a great job and I would recommend them highly.
