They started outside and cleaned up the landscaping and yard. They repaired the brick steps, fixed the porch railings, repaired the broken doorway and power-washed the house. They also repaired a hole in the side of the garage and repainted the doors. Then they moved inside - they painted the whole house, made the hardwood floors look like new, they retiled the kitchen floor, fixed broken windows, cabinets and doors, repaired holes in the walls, fixed stair railing and repaired some leaky plumbing. They also removed and disposed of every scrap of debris left by the tenants and from all the repairs. We were so happy with their work, they are now working on another property we have in Perth Amboy.
