Once again Jimmy came over to look at the job and then came back to make the adjustments to the pipes. As always very professional, cleaned up after he was done and made short work of what would have been a major project for us DO IT YOURSELFERS. The vanity fit perfectly and the pipes lined up exactly like they should have. He made our job so much easier. His install of the copper piping, elbows and lines were perfect. There is not another plumber I would ever let work in my home again and I have used many in the local area from large companies to small jobbers.

We came home from a weekend away to a bulging kitchen ceiling filled with water. After having the insurance company adjuster as well as multiple builders they sent over look at the situation no one could figure out where the leak was coming from. We were told to rip out the upstairs shower and tub and possible floors to the studs to find the leak. Jimmy came over diagnosed the problem after examining now gaping hole in kitchen ceiling. Replaced the diverter valve and it hasn't leaked since.
Saved us thousands of dollars on ripping out bathroom and replacing everything.

Was there right after plumbing supply store opened on Monday with new heater. Removed and replaced old heater and added some up to code piping. Once again very careful of removal of old heater and dripping water and rust on floors. Cleaned up as if they were never here. What a pleasure to have really hot water again. Added bonus there was a significant savings on our gas bill. Who would have though an energy efficient water tank could make such a difference. Glad we waited and had Jimmy install a high quality water heater.

You wouldn't think living on the top of a hill would necessitate a sump pump and french drains, but it does and the pump runs 24/7. We went into the basement on a rare occasion and found some water around the pump hole. Called Jimmy at Walter's he stopped by and in a matter of moments assessed the situation and fixed the problem. It seems like we had an unwelcome visitor that went swimming in the pump hole and jammed the float. He quickly dispatched the mouse and the pump was up and running second time we used his services and was equally as impressed as the first time.

Very courteous worker. Took care about soiling floors while removing old pump and installing new. Job done professionally and efficiently. When he said he would be here he was and was in and out without disrupting household at all. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs plumber for large and small jobs.

They gave me a short heater so if the water comes up to 16 inches, it would not kill the heater. They built a platform out of cinder blocks so it will be solid. They recommended a brand that was better than I asked for, but did it at the same price.

It is a family run business and very accommodating. Their customer service is excellent.
