i Tile

They were terrible. The owner was very short-tempered and rude. I didn't like the quality of the work. Although he did come and make repairs. The overall experience was very unsatisfying. I wasn't happy with the work at all. He rectified it, but I had to have tiles replaced and they re-cracked the tiles when they were replacing them. I just would never deal with them again. He didn't like that he had any problems, but his problems were his fault. It was just a bad experience. I thought they charged me very high priced to do what needed to be done. I let him do it because I see that it wasn't going to be as professional. I put the marble down. I wasn't happy with the marble. I wasn't happy with the pattern. I wasn't happy with the way it was grouted. Overall not a happy experience. I would imagine he is probably better at ceramic than he is at marble. They have a lot of employees and it was more of an assembly line not a real personal owner of the company might be more personally involved with putting the floor down. He wasn't topnotch in my opinion.
