Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
$2,600
I would like to give a bad review on them.  My experience is worst ever.  I am a contractor.  This is my father in law’s house and I was helping them do renovations so that’s the reason I went up that far and we were referred to them by local people.  They came out and we told them we wanted a largest sink and they gave us a bar sink.  I told them we need a sliding stone and they cut out for regular stone.  They told us one price and they bullied my father in law for around a couple of hundred dollars. They gave us a bar sink which was the smallest sink that I have ever seen in the kitchen.  The faucet was not proper to that sink.  I had to open the granite a little bit so that the faucet would slide in and their measurements were off.   When they gave us the bathroom sink which was a remnant piece of granite and the sink for that was not centered with the cabinet and in both cases they tried to say my father in law told them what to do and gave them the measurements and that was not true because I was there for all of it.  The whole reason I went up there to handle the stuff is my father in law is older and not a contractor but I am.  At the end of the day the problem was my father in law was paying them just in aggravation and I want to take them to court.  It was his house and his money so I couldn’t do anything but the end of the day I wanted 30 by 18 stainless steel sink for the kitchen but the sink that is in there is 18 by 18.  I didn’t even know that was a kitchen sink though.  I actually looked it up and I found a kitchen sink for efficiency units and things like that.  I actually have a bar in my house and the sink that is in there is an inch smaller than this and mine is a largest bar size sink for homes.  This is a hair bigger than that and they call it a kitchen sink but not for a 2000 square foot house.  It is ridiculous looking and we can’t put a frying pan in it.  I paid $2600 and I spent less than that and I ended up using two slabs and this was only one slab but that’s Brooklyn pricing and it was very hard for me and I am not from Brooklyn and I stay close to Philadelphia.  My father in law doesn’t want to file a complaint.  The price was reasonable but once you put that sink in there it doesn’t matter it is worthless.  They didn’t respond; they ignored and bullied.
