East Coast Construction

I contacted this company to take down a tree before the hurricane,they said they could do it. The day they were scheduled the owner called to say his guys didnt want to work. Three months later they showed up and within a half hour the climber cut a branch that hit him in the face... off to the hospital. A month later they wanted to finish the job but I was planning on being away ( just after Christmas) I needed the job done so I told them to go ahead while I was gone. I got a call saying they got the chipper stuck in my yard and destroyed the lawn. Oh and they dropped the tree on my garage!! By the time I got back they did fix the garage, (they are a construction co too ) which was a decent enough job but they damaged my new freezer trying to move it out of the way. They had given me an estimate to take away a downed tree from the storm but they were high so I didn't plan on using them. While I was away they went ahead and took that tree away without my permission. I'm too nice of a person so I paid them :-( they promised to come back and repair the lawn but come spring they refused to answer my texts and calls. So unprofessional !!! Lots of good businesses out there, no need to work with slackers like this!
