Floor Cleaning and Waxing
Antonio is primarily a carpet installer but accepted the job to do a wood floor installation. His sub-contractor to install expensive Brazilian Santos Mahogany floor was really bad. They did not season the wood, did not put the underlay to either level the floor or to minimize the screeching noise, did not use enough nails to put the planks.
Within a month of installation the planks were having bumps which were noticeable and annoying. He got another sub-contractor to fix it but now we have gaps developed between planks of more than a cm wide.
