He speaks Spanish, he speaks broken English, but he is extremely good, and very thorough, but he only works in certain areas. He is a single entity. He is very neat, he cleans up after himself, not only does he do the work that you ask him to do, but he will come back to check that you are okay, and if you need any other services. Sometimes, he will go above and beyond the services, like he will charge you for some work, but he will come back and mantain it, and not ask you for any more money. He reestablished a lawn, and I paid him for putting and spreading the soil, I got the lawn seed and he put it on, and he knew that I was the kind of a person that would not water the grass, so he came back and watered the grass, and kept telling me that I needed to keep watering it. When he found out that I didn't water it, he would come in between and water it. He came today and cut the grass, and I told him that there were weeds, so he went and got a canfull of weeds. I pay him when I can pay him, in chunks. When hurricane Sandy hit, the whole backyard was littered with stuff, not just tree debri, but all sorts of debri, such as litter and metal things, and things that came off the house, the house was hit by two trees and damaged the garage, he came and went the length of the house, and picked all the debri up. He also closed up a broken window that had shattered during the storm, and he also got up on the roof of the garage, and topped the entire garage, and he enclosed the areas which were open and he trimmed the trees back.  He also replaced the air conditioner for me as well. He did an overhaul of stuff, which most people wouldn't do because it was too much work. It took him about 4 days to get everything in order, and when he finished, the house looked like there was no storm. He does very thorough and good work, when people see what he has done, they usually come and ask for his number.
