Dryer Vent Cleaning
My vent is about 2' long so no biggie. The tech told me he was done and left. He seemed in a hurry. The next day I discovered the dryer vent tube from the dryer to the wall was disconnected. I pulled out the dryer to reconnect and found the dryer vent still had considerable dryer dust inside. I cleaned it myself and reconnected.

Air Duct Cleaning
I was skeptical but he insisted that this is how it's done. When I questioned it, the tech After he left, I got online to see if I got ripped off and sure enough I did, big time. The proper cleaning should have included the full length of all the duct works and main ducts and it should have taken 3 to 4 hours for a house the size of mine. Don't use Papa if you actually want to get what you're paying for. The price was inline with the going rate, but the work was left unfinished.
