Quality of transfers was very good...the DVD's were labelled nicely and packaged in a nice case...I had taken one of the tapes to a different transfer service previously and they said there was no sound on the tape...Video Data was able to transfer that tape successfully with sound. They did an exceptional job on that tape.I had then I had then do 16 more of my family video's..
