"Hi [Member name removed], First, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused to you or your family. We provided you with an estimate to the best of our ability and based on the information that you provided for the move. After reviewing the details of the move as well as the information you provided we have few comments. 1. You mentioned that there are no stairs involved at the pick up location but in actuality although there is an elevator in the building because of the way that the building is designed you have to go through outside stairs in order to reach the parking lot where the truck can be parked and that slowed down the loading process dramatically. 2. As far as the moving of the boxes, you already mentioned in the initial conversation that you are going to take care of the boxes and small items and you only need the movers for the large furniture only. 3. We do not nickle and dime on packaging materials, it was clearly and well explained to you that packaging materials of any kind are not included in the hourly rate and are charged separately if needed on the day of the move. Last, it's not fair just to put an "F" rating on everything because as per the evaluation form that you filled out at the end of the move you mentioned that the movers arrived on time to the starting address and did an excellent and professional work from start to finish and took very good care of your belongings. We are sorry that it turned out this way but we are doing everything possible to provide an accurate estimate for the service that we are providing as we understand that the customer is planning his budget accordingly. We would like to wish you good luck at your new home and we apologize again for any inconvenience caused to you."
