work was completed quickly and we were happy with the outcome. We had a couple of small call-outs after the work was done and Tico's easily corrected. Very easy to work with and I would recommend them for roofing!

Poorly. I contacted them to get an estimate on new gutters and they scheduled an appt. However no one showed up or called to cancel. I called immediately after the missed appt and left a message to ask what happened and to reschedule. I never received a follow up call or any information regarding the fact that no one came.

Jorge was very friendly and gave me an estimate in a very timely manner.  Then once I agreed to the price quoted, I scheduled a date and he sent a colleague to my house and did the job.  Called me when he found an additional piece of wood behind that had rotted and asked if i wanted that replaced as well.  Once I agreed, replaced a few panels of wood and painted it.  Looks brand new and done within a few days.  I would definitely hire them again.

After getting frustrated with these so called contractors i decided to go on angies list and try out using tico's carpentry.Im glad i did. First, Hugo a representative of the company came out and did a free estimate.After the estimate we agreed on a price and a date. On the date we agreed on,the workers came and finished the job that day. Not only was I completely satisfied,but my neighbors also said they did a great job. Will definitely use and recommend them to others. Thank you Angie's List and Tico's Carpentry.

Called for an estimate on siding repair. Someone showed up, took a look, and said he would get back to me with the estimates. Waited 1 week, no estimate. Called back but never got an estimate. Waste of my time.

Before obtaining my estimate, the sales person surveyed my roof, and also took pictures to show me what condition my roof was in. The roofers arrived at the exact time which was stated, and began working promptly.  They were courteous, and answered all questions which I had.  They covered my garden and other areas with tarp, so that no debris would not fall into these areas.  The workers removed the old tiles and quickly replaced it with the new materials.  The entire job was completed by the end of the day. Once the job was completed, they cleaned the entire area around my home, and also took pictures of my finished roof for me to see.
I was very pleased with Tico's Carpentry and Roofing, and would recommend them to anyone who needs to have their roof repaired or replaced.
