+ -1 moreContract absolved. 2 weeks prior to the date the work was to commenced and 2 weeks after the contractor had supposedly filed plans with the city for permits, the contractor sends an email stating that due to the failure of one of his 3 teams, that the work on my project would be delayed or alternatively, I can find another contractor. After leaving phone messages asking about how long of a delay or the status of my architect's plans, he never replied. 1 week later, he replies that he was out of town and that I can pick up the plans at his house (better than no plans at all).
Description of Work: Provided quote and established starting date.
