I purchased a water heater through an home improvement store and was assigned this installer. One person only showed up late without calling. He was in a hurry and complained that it was his 3rd water heater that day. He installed the new heater and mentioned that the vent pipe would probably not meet code but did not offer to fix it as "he had to go". He took out the old heater but left a trail of rusty dirty water which I had to clean. The installed pipes are all crooked.

"THIS CUSTOMER FAILED TO LET YOU ON THE LIST KNOW THAT HE TRIED TO DO THE INSTALLATION HIMSELF AND FLOODED OUT HIS HOUSE AND THE OLD UNIT WAS ALREADY OUT OF THE HOUSE AND THE RUST WAS ALL OVER ALREADY. WE EVEN HELPED HIM CLEAN UP WHEN THE TECH ARRIVED. YOU CAN'T KNOCK A DO IT YOUR SELFER BUT COME ON, TO TRY AND BLAME SOMEONE ELSE THAT'S PATHETIC! SINCE 1917 WE HAVE PROVIDING TOP NOTCH QUALITY SERVICE! AND BY THE WAY THIS CUSTOMER CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO STATE HOW GOOD A JOB WE DID! GO FIGURE."
