He became a plumber, finding it his second great love (a certified granddad joke!). Disrupting the poor reputation of 80s and 90s contractors, he founded Service Professionals to emphasize professionalism: Hiring the best people. Insisting on uniforms. Using clean, well-stocked trucks. Always doing right by customers. The company's logoa uniformed man giving a thumbs upsignifies their reliability and ability to fix things correctly. The founder even went unpaid during the start-up phase to maintain this high standard.
