Sabra was the 2nd company. 1st company was a disaster. Junior, from Sabra, went through everything very professionally with me. Told me everything they did wrong and why they should have been able to clear it and why it shouldn't be pooling again 4 weeks after their service. He came for a second opinion (First company didn't totally clear it and told me I needed to rebuild) but it was already starting to pool so he couldn't inspect it. He gave me a discount on re-snaking it (this time using the right tool - a larger snake and a root cutter - which the first company failed to do), got it flowing and was able to inspect it. Turns out a rebuild is not necessary - would be over $15k in if I had stopped with the first company. Junior and Sabra were a pleasure to deal with - great service and incredibly polite and professional (even without the horrible first company for comparison!)

There was no easy access to the main sewer line. They were able to get in through a bathroom, and snaked out the blockage. They also cleaned up after themselves.
