I set up an appointment for Rick to meet my realtor and rekey locks. Rick communicated directly, was punctual, and handled additional locks not initially known. He is courteous and professional, will hire again.

Excellent service. Only took about 20 minutes and the price was very reasonable compared to other Locksmiths or Car Dealerships. Just recommended Rick's Key House to a friend.

We called Rick the locksmith to let him know we needed some locks changed on the house and keys made. We left a message on his voice mail and he called us back quickly, about a half hour or less. This guy was very professional. He was courteous and candid, and knows locksmithing. We made an appointment with Rick for the next day. He was prompt and got right down to business. We showed him the problems we were having with the doors and locks. Within an hour he was done, and we looked at his work. He had cleaned up where he had changed the locks, and did a great job. We now have some new house locks with keys and feel much more safe. We're going to need some car keys soon and we know who we will call.
