Day to day the team was thorough and did a good clean job. Responsiveness was slow and had a few other items asked for where no estimate was ever given and had to ask someone else to do. Billing was also slow and had to ask multiple times to get billed for services which happened once we decided to move on. Pete is a good guy just seems to have a lot of work.
