"I have done work for the [Member name removed] family in the past and they where very satisfied with the quality and cost of my work. As far as the last time that I visited them to give them an estimate on addition work that they wanted done, I had done some minor plumbing of unclogging an upstairs bathroom sink. I had charged them for just the work needed for the clogged sink. As I worked on the clog I noticed that one of the pipes under the sink was getting very rusted and would need to be replaced. My visit to their home was late night and there wasn't time to go pick up the supplies I needed to replace the pipe, lighting fixture and a few other items that I would need to finish their to-do list. All I did was give them an estimate for the work they wanted done and charged them only for the work of unclogging the sink that I did."
