Horrible ! Please stay away !! They are thieves and don’t care about the customer

Horribly. It took FOUR phone calls to get a replacement handle for my bedroom furniture. Figuring that was just a one-time thing, I ordered living room furniture and a rug, since their prices were great. First, they completely underestimated the cost of the rug. They completely underestimated the time to get the rug. I personally think he forgot to order it. Then it was supposedly 'flawed' when it came in, so I had to wait longer. The worst part of the entire episode was the horrendous customer service I received. No return phone calls, sarcastic attitude. The day I was ordering, a woman came in visibly upset with them...I should have taken it as a forewarning, but I unfortunately did not. In telling the story later to a friend, he laughed and said he had the exact same experience. Their prices may be good, but the utter lack of professionalism & courtesy far outweighs that one positive.
