it went great! after switching internet providers, my e mail stopped working on my computer. no one would take the time to fix it so went to the computer doctor (daughter used them) so I figured I give them a chance. they keep me up on what they were doing every step of the way and fixed everything that was wrong. not only that, they showed me how to transfer my pictures from my phone to the computer (and didn't charge me). from now on, i'd rather pay to have the computer fixed right. in my opinion, they are the best and they have a a+ rating with the better business bureau!
