Description of Work: They did a great job of clearing out the viruses in my laptop and saving my data for me when they were forced to wipe it clean. They also installed a new cover on my daughter's laptop as the hinge had been broken and could not be repaired. They called me and explained what they were doing every step of the way so there were no surprises when I went to pick up my computers. They were also done earlier than was expected which was a tremendous relief as my daughter needed her laptop to start college.

Description of Work: My laptop crashed and they were able to retrieve my files and put them on a memory stick for me to use in my new laptop. Very nice and helpful.

 + -1 moreit went great! after switching internet providers, my e mail stopped working on my computer. no one would take the time to fix it so went to the computer doctor (daughter used them) so I figured I give them a chance. they keep me up on what they were doing every step of the way and fixed everything that was wrong. not only that, they showed me how to transfer my pictures from my phone to the computer (and didn't charge me). from now on, i'd rather pay to have the computer fixed right. in my opinion, they are the best and they have a a+ rating with the better business bureau!
